HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER: contact-email me: sevenpillarsbooknook (at) gmail (dot) com with a copy/paste of each entire book description including the price. I will get back to you as soon as I can to let you know that I received your email order and with confirmation of availability and total owed. Please, do not pay for your order until I have checked the availability, figured the total owed and returned an email to you. I usually mark the books that are sold and no longer available as "Sold" and the titles marked with a strike through: "Sold"
I don't work on the computer or with book orders on Sunday, so if you send an email order during that time, you won't get an email from me until Monday or Tuesday afternoon. :-) During the week I try to answer email within 24 hours but sometimes the unexpected happens -- from time to time I have email or server problems. If you don't get a response within 72 hours, please, email again! :-) Thank you for your understanding and patience!
INQUIRY OF AVAILABILITY: is very WELCOME! If committing to an order depends on specific books being available, please, email me first and tell me this right from the start, NOT after placing an order. I understand and do this myself some times, that is no problem. I just need to know before hand. :-) Please, wait for my return email before paying and do not pay for your order until I have checked the availability, figured the total owed and returned an email to you. I mark books and items "Sale Pending" that have been committed to purchase and are waiting for payment clearance. Once in a while I might forget or not have time so I need to double check availability. Once you have received my returning email of availability and total, please, commit to your order by returning the email to me with your full name, address, and how you'll be paying: paypal, money order or personal check.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION REQUESTS: for a specific book are welcome but needs to be done before finalizing order, NOT after, and I will gladly get the information to you. Also, additional photos will be gladly sent but needs to be done before finalizing order. Thank you!!!
ADVANCE PAYMENT: needs to be received and cleared before shipping. I accept NON-CREDIT CARD, NON-DEBIT CARD, CASH ONLY Paypal payment, or a UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE money order and also personal checks with a 21 business day clearance time. Most Paypal orders are paid for within minutes, a couple of hours, or occasionally a day or two. Payment options of United States Postal Service money orders or personal checks will understandably take longer to reach me but they should reach me no later than 7-10 days from date of finalizing your order in our emails. After that, not hearing from buyer or not receiving payment, the books are considered for sale and available for some one else to purchase. No orders are sent out or mailed unless payment is received and cleared.
SHIPPING RATE: I ship by USPS Media rate which is typically slow and this can take any where from 9-21 days, with the possibility of taking as long as 21-42 days. Media rate is subject to opening for safety inspection by the USPS which can delay it. Weather can delay it also. Generally Media mail arrives sooner but the possibility for a long delivery time is there. The first book, a single book order (if only ordering only one book) is $5.75 shipping/handling/media rate postage which includes complimentary Signature Confirmation Tracking.
COMBINED SHIPPING/HANDLING/POSTAGE: is available for an ADDITIONAL cost to the book price. Purchase more than one book and pay the following combined shipping/handling/media rate postage which includes Signature Confirmation Tracking:

$6.75 s/h/media rate postage for 2 books
$8.25 s/h/media rate postage for 3 - 4 books
$9.25 s/h/media rate postage for 5 - 6 books
$10.00 s/h/media rate postage for 7 - 8 books
$10.50 s/h/media rate postage for 9 - 10 books
11 books or more and postage will be adjusted
Larger, over-sized books that weigh more will have a different postage/shipping/handling price due to the weight and the final mailing cost will need to be adjusted also.
INSURANCE: is an optional protection and buyer is responsible for requesting it. It is not required but I cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged by the USPS so it is available at your request for an ADDITIONAL cost of $1.75 for $0.01 to $50.00, $2.25 for $50.01 to $100.00 -- See the United States Postal Service Insurance Rates.
PRIORITY S/H/POSTAGE: is an optional shipping and buyer is responsible for requesting it. It is an . If you want to receive your book sooner than Media rate delivery, PLEASE, ask about Priority s/h/postage and I will adjust final total cost. For orders with more than one book and combined shipping Priority s/h/postage would be different and need to be adjusted for a different final total cost.
HOLDING BOOKS: Please note, I do not hold or reserve books based on questions or tentative inquiries. All books remain on the shelves and are considered books for sale unless committed, good faith orders. Due to my other responsibilities, for time and energy sake, both yours and mine, only orders that are confirmed, committed, good faith orders where I receive name, mailing address and waiting payment clearance are actually held with a "Sale Pending".
PACKAGING - WRAPPING: Books and items are wrapped in either recycled plastic grocery sack or recycled clear plastic, then cushioned with more recycled material or newspaper, inside a recycled mailing envelope or box depending which is available at the time. I use the lightest recycled material possible to keep cost down and still protect the item. If you prefer new wrapping material, a new envelope or new box, it is available at your request for an ADDITIONAL $4.00 more and I will gladly wrap in new material. :-)
MAILING OF PACKAGES: I go the post office one to two times a week but the days vary weekly depending on when I receive paypal payments and my transportation. My family has only one vehicle that my husband uses for work so I depend on my mom and sis for daytime transportation. Daily circumstances will some times delay me and I'll be held up from getting to post office. Weather can also delay me, especially in winter. If that happens, I will email to inform you of my delay. I always send an email when your package is in the mail and it will include the complimentary Delivery Tracking Confirmation number.
RETURN POLICY: 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If item or book is not as described because I have made a flagrant, erroneous description (not because you merely changed your mind or do not like the item) I will be glad to accept a return and give you a refund. :-) The buyer is responsible for all required return shipping, postage, delivery confirmation tracking, *and insurance*. Books/items need to be returned within 7 days after you receive package. The USPS has Priority rate shipping in order to return the books back to me with 7 days. Please, do not place an order if you do not understand or agree with my ordering policies. THANK YOU!!!
